Just had to share this with you.
Walking home from school with my nine year old, we started making up a little song (about walking home from school, if you're interested.) We were having a merry old time with the lyrics, then suddenly:
9 y/o - "Mom".
Me - "Yes".
9 y/o - "We're not going to "work on it" are we?"
Gutted I was!
Ha! I love that. I bet you were desperate to 'work on it' on your own instead?
