always good to larn the Geordie language... God's own preferred dialect I am sure
Actually, I'm sorting out the book shelves in my family room (why, why) and came across a Geordie cook book. I think I might have to post some recipes!!!
I do love a Geordie accent. But I always think of that crisps advert and say it in my head - a canny bag of tudor!
Saw you on Smitten--well done!
I thought I'd landed on the wrong blog. Being a foreigner makes it really hard to understand the various accents. Off to smitten now.
Always loved the Georide accent - but why do they speak so fast?
Tattie, I think it's like any foreign language - it sounds faster when you can't speak it!
The more the merrier....
