A lady I worked with showed me this silly post on Goop and I was cringing and eye-rolling all the way down the content. Talk about making women feel inadequate -this is total garbage. NO ONE can do that much in a morning or in a day, every day, without help. I'm so sick of these stories about perfect women and their perfect lives.
I bet the most difficult thing she has to do is plan the day for her staff to do all the real jobs around the house. No, wait a minute, she probably has a PA to do that!
I read this whole thing and laughed my arse off. Busy mummy indeed. Take away her army of nannies, chefs, maids, chaufeurs, voice trainers, yoga instructors, money and fame and what does she have? A fat dose of reality and no time to write Goop.
If you were here I would kiss you on both cheeks.

Crikey - I don't think I'd bother to get up at all if this is what I am meant to be doing! Sounds way too perfect to be real!
ReplyDeletePerfect people make me sick! Isn't it false?
