Mums helping Mums - One Download = One Meal

If you know me, you'll know that I'm passionate about helping the world's poor get a leg up, be that through education or basic nutrition. Allow me to share this great campaign with you - it will literally cost you nothing, except perhaps the price of ingredients that you'll want in order to make some delicious meals for yourself and your family. Leftovers recipes (yay), Esther Rantzen's Fish Pie, Helen Worth (that's Gail from Corrie)'s Boiled Cider Fruit Cake? Yum.

The good people at Tilda, (makers of basmati rice), have put together a fabulous cook book called "Mums Helping Mums". Not only does it contain delicious, quick and not-too-many ingrediented recipes (yes, I made that word up), but it's for a great cause.

Oh, and it's free to you.

Oh, and when you download it for free, or view it online, Tilda, in conjunction with the United Nations World Food Program, will donate one nutritious meal to a mum in need.

Come on. Just one click at the link above. And if you try any of the recipes be sure to let me know.
